Armed with a Master’s in Nonprofit Management, Dare to Lead™ training, and a proven track record in public-private partnerships, Raegan designs sustainable organizational strategies that last—including highly successful monthly giving programs.

Grounded by over a decade of community service and deep lived experience with social issues, Raegan infuses hope, resilience, and authentic vulnerability into every partnership. She cuts through the noise to help leaders optimize operations, uncover hidden strengths, and build meaningful, lasting sustainability.
