Armed with a Master’s in Nonprofit Management, Dare to Lead™ training, and a proven track record of leading nonprofit development departments, Raegan designs tailored, sustainable fundraising strategies.

Grounded by over a decade of community service and lived experience with the social issues facing our community, Raegan infuses hope, resilience, and authenticity into every partnership. She cuts through the noise to help leaders optimize operations, uncover hidden strengths, and build meaningful, lasting sustainability.
